Kendall County Busted Mugshots is a private reference resource, not a government office. It cannot confirm live custody, release anyone, post bond, retrieve an official booking record, or change a charge. Contact the agency that created or holds the record for an authoritative answer.

Where to Ask About a Record
Different questions belong with different record custodians. The links below are the practical routing list.
- For a Kendall booking, photo, custody field, housing location, or release date, use the county booking hub and the Sheriff Records contact above.
- For a person-specific warrant question, use the Sheriff’s Civil/Warrants route and the Wanted Fugitives and warrant page. No dedicated public Kendall warrant portal was located.
- For a recent incident, consult the KCSO roster and release path, then check the arresting police department.
- For custody or release notifications, use Illinois VINE and VINELink. VINE is a notification service, not a booking-photo archive.
- For Oswego records, contact Oswego Police at 3355 Woolley Road, Oswego, IL 60543, 630-551-7300. Its published Records hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
- For Yorkville records, contact Yorkville Police at 651 Prairie Pointe Drive, Yorkville, IL 60560, 630-553-4340. Police FOIA lists PoliceFOIA@yorkville.il.us.
- For Montgomery records, contact Montgomery Police Records at 10 Civic Center Avenue, Montgomery, IL 60538, 630-897-8707, records@ci.montgomery.il.us. Hours are Monday 8:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m. and Tuesday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
- For a sentenced state prisoner’s record or photo, use the Illinois Department of Corrections offender search or its records-request route.
- For federal custody, use the BOP inmate locator. For immigration custody, use the ICE Online Detainee Locator. Neither is a county mugshot source.
Records Requests and Court Copies
A request should say whether it seeks an incident report, booking record, booking photograph, citation, court disposition, or retention information. Sheriff Records can explain the applicable fee, format, redaction, and response process. The county’s published $5 charge is specifically identified for crash reports, so it should not be assumed to apply to a booking photograph.
For a case outcome, contact the Kendall County Circuit Clerk. The office lists re:SearchIL, in-person inspection, I2File, and mail access. Its criminal division phone is 630-553-4183, and the listed address is 807 W. John Street, Yorkville, Illinois 60560. Court copy rates are separate from Sheriff records rates.
Do not send sensitive information that is not needed to identify a record. Ask the agency to identify a statutory exemption or redaction basis when a requested item is withheld.
